Printmaking, pottery, art and craft activities

Artist Auriol Herford is now offering workshops for all ages. Anyone can enjoy the rich language of print making, life drawing and painting in these beautiful surroundings. Also pottery classes for children and adults run by Oliver Herford www.oliverherford.co.uk 01386 725384.  There are 3 wheels and beginners or experienced potters, hen parties and family parties are all welcome (these classes all have to be booked in advance). Swimming Pool

Our heated swimming pool is covered. Open from May to early September depending on weather 10am/1 pm - 2.30pm/6pm. Please bring your own swimming towels. Children must be with an adult.

Our court is open all year for your use. Please bring your own rackets and balls. Tennis shoes only must be worn.

Walking & Hiking

Games Room

There is a Table Tennis table and a Dartboard for your use. Please bring your own bats, balls and darts.

Billiards

Full size billiard table (for adults only, due to cloth) - Please ask.

Croquet

Croquet can be played on the main lawn in front of the house provided the grass is dry (in the summer only). Equipment can be provided for adults.

Boating

There is a boat by the lake for your use. Children must be with an adult. Please beware of swans and respect wildlife. Boats for hire by the day on the River Avon.

Children's Play Area

There are swings and a slide in the play area.
