DIRECTIONS TO UPPER COURT
From Cheltenham (A40/A435)
Follow signs from Cheltenham towards Bishops Cleeve/Evesham (A435). Follow A435 through Bishops Cleeve to
Teddington Hands Roundabout (Junction with A46). Take 2nd exit country lane, signposted to Overbury/Kemerton. Turn
left at the end and follow through Overbury and into Kemerton village after % mile. Turn left at War Memorial,
before The Crown and follow for 300m until you reach Church on the left-hand side. Upper Court, situated behind the
Church, has two entrances. The first is before the Church, large black wrought iron gates lead up the drive to
Courtyard Cottages. These open on an atuomatic sensor - just drive up to them and wait a second. Second entrance is
after the Church - grass island and wooden gates lead to front of Manor. To the left after these gates is the drive
to Watermill Cottage (blue gates).
From Stow-on-the-Wold (B4077)
Follow A46 to Teddington Hands Roundabout (Junction with A435). Take 3rd exit country lane, signposted to
Overbury/Kemerton and follow as above.
From Evesham (A44/A46)
Follow A40 South and turn right at Beckford, signposted to Beckford/Kemerton and follow for 2V2 miles into Kemerton
village. Then follow as above.
From M5
Exit the motorway at Junction 9 and turn East onto A46 (signposted to Evesham). Follow for 2V2 miles, past Army
Depot on left and turn left at cross¬roads adjacent to The Queens Head Pub, signposted Kemerton. Follow for 1 mile
and turn right to Kemerton. Turn right at the end into Kemerton village. Turn right at War Memorial, after The
Crown and follow for 300m until you reach Church on the left-hand side. Upper Court, situated behind, has entrances
at either end of the church wall.
