The Cottages
are available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival and need to be vacated by 10am on day of
departure. If you are here for the weekend this can be Monday morning. The rooms in the Manor are
available from 4.30pm on day of arrival and are to be vacated by 12 noon on day of
departure.

Coach House,
Courtyard & Stables - opposite tennis court. Watermill (located at the bottom of the drive) -
in front of cottage (four cars), overÂflow in front of Manor House. Dovecote (located to the right
of the Manor House along gravel path) and Garden Flat - park in front of Manor House. All at owners
own risk.

Bed linen, towels,
and tea towels are all supplied and included in the price of your stay. These are changed weekly.
The beds are prepared for your arrival and an initial supply of toiletries is
provided. |

machines in all cottages except for Garden Flat. Those without tumble dryer, there is a large
tumble dryer for guests to use on request. All the cottages have irons and ironing boards. Personal
laundry service available for those who do not like ironing!

are equipped with fridge/freezer, hairdryer, electric or gas oven and microwave.

Cleaning
|
If you would
like extra (chargeable) cleaning during your stay or when you leave, please let us
know. For damages and extra
cleaning we charge within one week after departure.

There is a
detailed folder in each cottage with information on many local attractions, sites, excursions
and restaurants. Also useful numbers (doctors, etc).

|
Kemerton
Stores 01386 725226 and two shops in Bredon (1 mile). A large Morrisons supermarket is located just
off the M5 junction towards Tewkesbury. There is a Tesco's at Bishops Cleeve, 6 miles and one in
Evesham, 7 miles. (All major supermarkets deliver). Waitrose in Cheltenham.

Cheltenham, Evesham (main line from Paddington), Ashchurch (Tewkesbury);

National Express, Cheltenham. A local bus runs from the village to Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and
Evesham.
