Cotswold Pottery & Art Classes

Working in our pottery in the grounds of Upper Court, you will find an ideal way to unwind and get creative under the instruction of Oliver Herford (www.oliverherford.co.uk).

Get hooked and be serious or bring a bottle of wine and your favourite CDs and get inspired! We are one of the few places where you don t have to do pottery for the whole weekend, but just for an afternoon, which is especially popular with hen parties and families of all ages.

Classes need to be pre-booked through Upper Court and include two-and-a-half hours' tuition. You will spend half-an-hour on the wheel learning to throw before having fun painting your own design on a mug or plate, which is then fired. You can also join together to decorate a large plate for an occasion.

Artist, Auriol Herford, offers workshops for all ages. Anyone can enjoy the rich language of print-making, life drawing and painting in these beautiful surrondings.
